Cuba tourism shines with Latin American IT Tech conference

Cuban tourismIntegration in the Latin American IT industry and the participation of Cuba marked the International Forum of Entrepreneurs and Leaders of Information Technology, FELTI 2015, which moved its venue to the Varadero beach.


Delegates from 50 companies and 12 countries participating in the event continued two sessions at the famous tourist site.


The first three days of FELTI 2015 were held at the Research Center of Integrated Technology at the “Jose Antonio Echeverria” Higher Polytechnic Institute in Havana.


Delegates from Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Puerto Rico, Ecuador, Uruguay, Venezuela, Canada, Bolivia, Colombia and Spain discuss issues of interest for IT companies from Cuba and Latin America.


As part of the forum, Cuban, Argentinian and Ecuadorian IT products were awarded the LaTinatec 2015 Prize, granted to encourage excellence in the results achieved by IT industry in Latin America.
