RCI, the global leader in vacation exchange, recently added two new services to the RCI Affiliate Access program: RCI Inventory Analytics Advisory delivers specific insights, analytics and tools to help resorts maximize their inventory, and CustomerCount added a new service to simplify how resort staff processes and responds to owner inquires.
The RCI Affiliate Access program serves as a valuable resource for affiliates by connecting resort developers and operators to customizable solutions that assist in resort operations. These include accounting and insurance services, marketing data solutions, survey deployment, sales training, revenue management and analytics, contact center resources, video and photography services, inventory rental solutions and maintenance fee billing and collection.
Available exclusively for RCI affiliates, the new RCI Inventory Analytics Advisory is a program designed to maximize inventory value. Based on industry analysis, the new offering tailors solutions for affiliates through enhanced reporting, forecasting and tracking and pricing and yield management capabilities. The service also helps improve customer satisfaction through optimized supply-demand alignment and consumer behavior predictions and provides ongoing training for in-house inventory management staff. Depending on business needs, affiliates interested in the tool can opt for short-term or long-term consulting services.

Long-time RCI Affiliate Access partner CustomerCount has also added a new service for affiliates. The survey solution provider now offers an On Site Service Request feature, which invites guests to communicate areas in which they require assistance while they are still on the property through an online survey available through an affiliate-branded landing page. The new feature provides a fast, easy and non-confrontational way for guests to let staff know they need assistance. Instant alerts allow resort staff to address guests’ needs immediately.
