One of the most authoritative restaurant awards in Bahrain, CITI FACT 2016 has recognised three restaurants at Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, including CUT by Wolfgang Puck as The Best Restaurant, re/Asian Cuisine as The Best South East Asian and Bay View Lounge as The Best Tea Room in Bahrain. FACT Magazine selected the restaurants based on votes from professional judges, industry experts, food bloggers and online public voting throughout 2016.
“Being the Executive Chef of both Wolfgang Puck restaurants, it is a tremendous honour to excel in two categories,” says Executive Chef Brian Becher. “This recognition in Bahrain clearly shows the consistency of both CUT and re/Asian Cuisine in providing top quality cuisine and service. Other than recognising my team and acknowledging their hard work and dedication to always striving for excellence, I would like to thank the judges, food bloggers and the public their continued support. We look forward to continuing to provide our guests with the very best dining experiences in 2017.”
The critically acclaimed CUT by Wolfgang Puck impresses on every level. This sleek, modern American steak restaurant delivers innovation at every level through its unique culinary, service and design combination. The menu features the widest and best selection of beef available, meticulously prepared by Executive Chef Brian Becher. From prime dry and wet-aged beef to shellfish and roasted whole fresh fish, CUT’s menu provides broad appeal.
Located on the Hotel’s 50th floor offering striking panorama of Manama, re/Asian Cuisine by Wolfgang Puck dazzles with innovative Asian cuisine, and elegant art deco-inspired design. The menu features Wolfgang’s signature modern take on traditional Asian cuisine and provides a “re”-evolution of what the master chef has been passionate about for the majority of his career.
Being named as The Best Tea Room in Bahrain, Bay View Lounge lives up to its name, making guests feel at their own living room in a welcoming venue with 12 metre tall floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Bahrain Bay. The menu features light and healthy international fare and a lavish afternoon tea accompanied by live piano music. An outdoor terrace and a private majlis provide the perfect setting to enjoy a cup of quality tea or savour the forever favourite Four Seasons Afternoon Tea.
