Deloitte Launches Accelerator for Salesforce ExactTarget Marketing Cloud

DELOITTEDeloitte today launched a Marketing Resource Management (MRM) accelerator solution for the ExactTarget Marketing Cloud. This accelerator can improve time-to-value and lower overall costs for enterprise clients across numerous industries, including Media & Entertainment, High Technology, Financial Services and Healthcare & Life Sciences. Deloitte’s MRM accelerator using ExactTarget Marketing Cloud technology demonstrates our commitment to helping strengthen our clients’ brands, connect with customers and evolve their businesses.



Marketing Resource Management (MRM) — The MRM accelerator is built on the platform and is designed to assist marketers through the creative and financial approval processes associated with marketing campaigns. The MRM accelerator has already been deployed to several clients, with the following benefits:



  1. Efficiency gains — single standardized creative and financial workflow approvals remove ad-hoc processes and lack of documentation
  2. Reduction of non-value added activities — marketers no longer need to manually aggregate data for reporting purposes, allowing them to focus on specific data points required to drive effective campaigns
