Accommodation Establishments or restaurants receiving a “You’ve won the 2015 Certificate of Excellence” from Trip Advisor is seen as a recognition, not by the Ministry of Tourism and Culture, but by the users of the country’s tourism establishments.
After announcing that eight Seychelles Home Grown Hotels and Restaurants :Treasure Cove at Bel Ombre, L’Archipel Hotel of Praslin, Le Duc de Praslin Hotel and the Cafe des Arts Restaurant both situated on the beach of Cote D’Or at Praslin, the Blue Lagoon Chalets, Villas de Mer, the Beach Cottages and Surfers Beach Restaurant had been recognized by Trip Advisor because of the positive feedback by their guests, it has been confirmed that Denis Private Island and the Iles des Palms Hotel of Praslin have now also received their Certificate of Excellence.
Alain St.Ange, the Seychelles Minister responsible for Tourism and Culture was again joined by Sherin Naiken, the CEO of the Tourism Board to say congratulations to the two establishments which have been recognised by Trip Advisor. “The tourists who have chosen Seychelles for their discerning holidays stayed with you on Denis Private Island or at the Iles des Palmes Hotel at Praslin and they have appreciated your property. This is why they have taken the trouble to connect to Trip Advisor to publicly recommend you” Minister St.Ange said about the recognition received by Denis Private island and the Iles des Palmes Hotel of Praslin.
All the tourism establishments who have been singled out by Trip Advisor have shown that they have connected with they clients. “Providing what our visitors wants as we remain true to Seychelles is a winning strategy and you have been able to do that in such a way that your clients have been impressed” Minister Alain St.Ange said. “The CEO of the Tourism Board and her Team join me in saying Congratulations to you all for receiving the Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence” said Minister Alain St.Ange said about Denis Private island and the Iles des Palmes Hotel of Praslin.
