Baan Tao re-launches its Dimsum lunches with exciting and exotic set menus. The talented chefs at Hyatt Pune have brought together a whole meal made of Dimsums that includes favorites like Asian Green dumpling, Braised wonton with burnt garlic, Gyoza, Hargao amongst many.
Dimsum – a style of Cantonese cuisine that includes a variety of treats served in steamer baskets or small plates, inclusive of dumplings, baos and other small-sized bites are served during lunch time.
Dimsums are largely steamed, with fillings that vary from vegetarian to non-vegetarian and made of wheat starch but can also be served fried, as wontons. And yes, as dessert too! Courses on the menu include soup, salad, mains and desserts, all with dimsums.
