Located on the 1st floor of Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou, Dolcetto by Caffe Mondo is now open. Regional Vice President and General Manager Bahram Sepahi cut the ribbons for the celebration of Dolcetto’s opening with Italian Consul General Laura Egoli and the Hotel’s ownership CEO, Lin Deliang. This new outlet adds to the existing six magnificent food and beverage offerings at Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou.
The concept is “grab & go” with an extraordinary level of convenience and value to Hotel guests, local customers and the IFC office tower. Contemporary and cosy, the newly unveiled venue provides authentic Italian and classic handcrafted pastries, breads, savouries and cakes. Perfectly brewed coffee, fresh fruit juices, smoothies and ice teas are the completion of this sweet sensation.
Dolcetto is an Italian word that stands for something sweet and small. More than 60 kinds of Italian baked goods are offered, all of them are handmade from the finest ingredients and baked oven-fresh daily. No matter if one just wants to grab a croissant for breakfast, or a sandwich for quick lunch, or even a glass of wine before dinner, one can always find a favourite at Dolcetto. “As a new gathering place in this community, everybody is welcomed to enjoy a cup of coffee, pastries and sandwiches here at Dolcetto,” says Sepahi. “By adding this to the Hotel, we are able to offer a brand new choice for our guests and for the community around us.”
