Team members from DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Spa Liverpool, the brand known for welcoming guests with its iconic warm chocolate chip cookies, will delight unsuspecting travelers by surprising them with “Cookie Care” in Liverpool today.
In anticipation of the opening of the Grade II listed hotel this summer, team members will be handing out free cookies at Merseyrail train stations and various city centre locations throughout the day, in the hope of sweetening peoples’ travel. The event is part of DoubleTree by Hilton’s global Cookie Care program, which celebrates the brand’s global commitment to delivering the “little things” that enhance a guest’s travel experience.

DoubleTree by Hilton hotels aim to bring focus to those little things for each guest – starting with the warm chocolate chip cookie on arrival. DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Spa, Liverpool will hand deliver cookies to businesses in the city centre and will welcome commuters into the city at Merseyrail train stations including Liverpool Central, Moorfields and James Street.
