Paying homage to Dragon Boat Festival, Chinese Executive Chef Alan Chan and team meticulously create homemade glutinous rice dumplings in five flavours at Jiang- Nan Chun. From May 23 to June 12, 2016, patrons may enjoy delectable dumplings served à la carte or in bundles, available for dine-in at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, and take-away.
Ranging between SGD 12 and SGD 26 per dumpling and crafted in limited quantities, these homemade glutinous rice dumplings are available in the following sweet and savoury selections:
Making a comeback as one of last year’s unanimous favourites, this signature glutinous rice dumpling is generously packed with premium ingredients, including a six-head abalone and roasted pork belly. Experience a medley of flavours and textures as in this delicious dumpling.
SGD 26, serves two to four persons
The highlight this year is this new exquisite creation incorporating Jiang-Nan Chun’s famed mesquite wood smoked duck. The meat is fired in a customised mesquite wood oven, imbuing a strong umami taste. Its aromatic flavours permeate through the dumpling leaving one hungry for more.

Also a new addition to the dumpling selection this year, this new combination offers a savoury punch to the palate. Steamed to perfection, dive into this tasty goodness.

Indulge in this sweet and savoury delight, packed with Chef’s specialty dried shrimp paste and delicately balanced with the sweet flavours of pandan. Its intoxicating taste provides an extra punch for the adventurous bunch.
