To celebrate the annual Dragon Boat Festival, decadent home-made glutinous rice dumplings returns to Jiang-Nan Chun at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, with Chef Alan Chan offering a nuanced take on the ingredients that generously fill up the dumplings. Until June 20, 2015, diners may enjoy the delectable à la carte bundles or order them for take-away.
Priced between SGD 12 to SGD 26 per order, the steamed glutinous rice dumplings include the following sweet and savoury selections:
Steamed Glutinous Rice Dumpling with Abalone, Mushrooms, Lotus Seeds, Chestnut, Dried Scallop, Roasted Pork Belly, Green Beans and Salted Egg Yolk (四季鲍鱼粿蒸粽)
Making a comeback as one of last year’s unanimous favourites, this signature glutinous rice dumpling is generously packed with premium ingredients and perfect for sharing.
Steamed Glutinous Rice Dumpling with Morel Mushrooms, Lotus Seeds, Chestnut, Green Beans, Fig, Wolfberry and Ham (养生羊肚菌咸腿粽)
