Dubai is all ready to welcome its new hotel in the year 2018 that would be specially equipped with a tropical rainforest and an artificial beach. The Rosemont Hotel is owned by the Royal International and would be constructed in the Tecom region.
Alongside the beach and forest, the hotel would offer a trampoline park, bowling alley and also an adventure playing area for children.
The brand new features would be created within a five-storey podium that would act as a support system between the two towers of the hotel. Each of the towers would possess a height of about 53 storeys.
Hotel guests would be able to check in at the 26th floor sky lobby of the Rosemont Hotel that would have an area measuring about 13,000 square meters.
Hilton’s Curio brand would be operating this five-star luxurious hotel that would be its very first product in the UAE. The designer of this grand project is Dubai’s ZAS Architects. The main contractor of the project is Civil Engineering and Contracting.
The tropical rainforest would be spread across an area measuring about 75,000 square feet and it would be enriched with an artificial beach as well as a splash pool. However, the beach would be created without any sand. The hotel would also comprise a space to permit children to indulge in adventure play and a rainforest café, said DJ Armin, managing partner, ZAS International.
The hotel would possess 450 rooms. Also, it would be home to meeting rooms, three restaurants, health club as well as a skypool. In addition, the hotel would also consist of a serviced apartment tower with 280 units, sky pool and also a sky lobby. The top level of the parking space would contain an entertainment area and also some retail facilities.
