She holds an extensive experience in catering and hospitality.
Rieu was trained at Strasbourg’s Lycée Hotelier Alexandre Dumas, before taking up positions in world-famous hotels like the Fairmont Boston, The Savoy and The Mandarin Oriental in London.
She has earlier managed some of the finest restaurants in the UK, including Harvey Nichols’ Fifth Floor, and the Michelin-starred Roussillon under Alexis Gauthier.
In her new role she will oversee the hotel operations of Dukes London’s 90-bedroom hotel, and the Great British Restaurant.
Rieu is looking forward to work with the executive team and deliver excellence. Rieu is a dual national of France and Germany and is well skilled in multiple languages and holds a master’s degree in management from the EM Strasbourg Business School.
