Holiday entertaining is made easy with Four Seasons “Holiday Reception To-Go.” Order a selection of delectable menu items made by the Resort’s culinary team such as shrimp cocktails, caprese skewers, baked brie, bacon wrapped scallops and Colorado comfort food. The team will deliver the items to a preferred location and then voilà – let the festive soiree begin.

Christmas Dinner at Flame

 

The Resort’s signature restaurant Flame will be serving a lavish buffet dinner certain to please the choosiest of palates. Begin with a glass from the hot toddy tower, then enjoy a few items off the raw bar complete with snow crab claws and ceviche. Next up, visit the salad bar, charcuterie spectacular, Colorado crostini, risotto and tartare action stations before warming up with a house made soup such as the Maine lobster bisque or smoked butternut squash. The carving station offers bourbon and honey glazed suckling pig, steamed red snapper, buffalo steamship round and whole roasted goose, while Granny’s Casserole Station features baked oyster, duck noodle and green bean casseroles. End the dinner with one of many decadent desserts options from bûche de Noël to Noël gingercake trifles, s’mores cheesecake, peppermint pot de crème and a cauldron of haute chocolate.

 

 
Christmas Dinner at The Remedy

The Remedy Bar is offering a tantalising three course menu starting with an arugula and duck confit. For the main course, choose from the bourbon and honey glazed suckling pig, buffalo steamship round or roasted goose, complemented by all the festive sides including sweet potato puree, roasted root vegetables, cornbread stuffing, turkey gravy and caramelised brussels sprouts. End this memorable dinner with a s’mores cheesecake.
