Eat Merimbula 2019, a premium foodie providore event

Eat Merimbula is a premium foodie providore event held on the foreshore of Fishpen Merimbula in New South Wales, Australia, overlooking pristine waters and working oyster leases.

 

With growing demand from visitors seeing more and more vendors participating each year. the event enters its seventh year in 2019.

 

The event features local chefs and restaurateurs gathering in a market style setting to create bespoke dishes featuring local produce. The dishes are presented in entrée sizes and prices are capped per dish.

 

In 2018, the menu included tempters like steamed pork boa buns, a Balmain Bug Brioche, slow cooked brisket, rock oysters harvested from only metres away, Eden Mussel pies, local stone fruit crepes, 12 hour fermented artisan donuts and much much more.

 

The event is free to enter and runs from 10 am- 2 pm. It will end on March 10th, 2019.
