Here the tourists of both domestic and international, can now fritter a day amidst forest to enjoy the scenic beauty of Sana Ghagara and Kandhadhara water fall and other places in the Kendujhar district.
The Forest Department of Kendujhar district inaugurated an Eco Tourism center at Anjara near Sana Ghagara water fall to boost the influx of tourism. The tourism center set up at a cost over Rs 1 crore has five rooms with solar light facilities.
The tourists can enjoy the forest life and the scenic beauty of Sana Ghaghara, Badaghagara, Khandadhar, Gupta Ganga, Gonasika and Veemkunda.
All arrangements will be made by the Forest Department of Odisha for the guests to spend the whole day comfortably.
The wild life safari and other entertainment facilities will be available for tourists in evening. The forest department is also planning to provide the direct and indirect employment to local Forest committee members through the Eco tourism center, which will help in generating the economy through tourism in the Eastern Ghats tribal parts.
