Kai Hattendorf, CEO and Managing Director, Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) and also Mark Cochrane, Regional Manager for Asia Pacific, UFI would be present in Sydney on 18th and 19th September for a series of talks with the government and industry.
It is Hattendorf’s very first visit to Australia since he had joined UFI in the latter part of the year 2015 and seven years ever since the global association had paid visit to this region.
The EEAA would be managing the business program of Mr. Cochrane and and Hattendorf in the following two days.
The event would include an Industry Reception, meetings with the government, a Young Stars & Leaders Table, Gold and Platinum Partner Political Insiders Round-Table. Joyce DiMascio who is the Chief Executive of EEAA said that the Association was honoured to welcome to Australia two of this sector’s most influential global personalities and were eager to witness the opportunity that is likely to strengthen UFI’s ties with the business event community of Australia through this visit.
Asia-Pacific is home to the three global offices of UFI and is an important part of its network.
Mr. Hattendorf would also deliver a ‘State of the Industry’ address to industry members and participate in the annual ‘political insiders’ event for the Gold and Platinum members of EEAA.
