The largest airline in the Philippines, Cebu Pacific Air is flying in to the rescue. The airline today launched a summer seat sale offering travellers big savings for flying to Sydney, Australia. One-way transit flights from Hong Kong to Sydney via Manila start from just HK$1,200 and from Taiwan to Sydney via Manila start from just TW$4,999 when booked between now until 3rd June, 2016, or until seats last.
The quoted fares are inclusive of taxes and surcharges, but exclusive of baggage allowance and meals. The travel period is from 15th June to 30th September, 2016.
The summer seat sale offers Hong Kong travellers the opportunity to explore the ‘cold’ side of New South Wales, Australia – its beautiful snowy mountains and trails. During the winter months of July to October, travelers can enjoy a wide range of winter activities from snowboarding, skiing or even tobogganing. Thredbo, a village and ski resort in the Snowy Mountains of New South Wales, is part of the Snowy River Shire and boasts the longest ski runs in Australia. Commonly known as the winter wonderland of skiing and snow activities, it attracts more than 700,000 winter visitors annually around the world. Thredbo has several terrain parks with different setups that are suitable for different level of skiers, from young children to experienced freestyle skiers. For beginners, there are also private or group training lessons to learn skiing techniques and other more advanced skills.
