Now through December 31, 2017, raise a toast at Talavera and support fire relief efforts for California’s wine country at the same time. The signature restaurant of Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North will donate 20 percent of proceeds from the sales of glasses of Inglenook cabernet sauvignon to North Bay Fire Relief, which is raising funds for relief efforts for residents of Napa, Sonoma, Mendocino and Lake counties.
Bryan Feigenbaum, the Resort’s director of Food & Beverage, said the restaurant has long treasured the significant contributions of winemakers in Napa and Sonoma, many of whom were greatly impacted by the recent wildfires.
“We view this as an opportunity to join with our guests in providing support to these communities whose wine industries have brought us so much amazing wine over the years,” he said.
Poured from a Magnum, glasses of the Inglenook cabernet sauvignon are priced at USD 30 each with USD 6 of each sale benefitting the relief efforts. More than 40 people died and thousands lost homes and businesses in the series of October 2017 fires.
Talavera introduces a modern take on the classic steakhouse, with unique steak and seafood pairings, artistic, seasonally inspired desserts, and a range of specialty sides, accompaniments and starters. The restaurant features vibrant decor, dramatic views and the best patio dining in the Valley. Its lively ambiance is matched by an upscale casual approach to dining, with a range of menu choices fit for every occasion. Talavera is open for dinner from 5:30 to 9:30 pm Tuesday through Sunday.
