The recently opened Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca invites guests on a journey to celebrate Ramadan in a unique atmosphere. Before breaking the fast, one can indulge in the exquisite setting of the sun on the Atlantic from one of the Hotel’s many terraces. From there, guests are invited to begin their culinary experience at Bleu, where the team has concocted a buffet that brings together the best of local produce, Moroccan aromas and flavours as well as the sea’s abundant offerings. The festivities continue at Mint, where guests can savour a wide selection of desserts and canapés, traditional drinks à la carte and special entertainment including live traditional music.
Situated on the 5th floor with panoramic views on the Atlantic, a sumptuous Iftar buffet awaits guests at Bleu that includes the best in traditional Moroccan dishes such as harira soup, tajines, pastries, crêpes and a variety of dried fruits and garnishings. Other highlights include live cooking stations, a wide selection of Middle Eastern mezzes, salad bar, fresh fruit station, crudite and seafood bar, assortment of juices and a variety of French pastries and desserts.
At Mint, this inviting lobby lounge is the ideal place to relax after Iftar, where guests can enjoy live entertainment while sipping on a selection of hot and cold drinks. During the warm summer nights, the outdoor terrace is the perfect place for guests to relax and relish the cool Atlantic breeze.
Ramadan festivities will include a desserts and canapés buffet that will be available from Thursday to Saturday from 9:00 to 11:00 pm. The Mint à la carte menu will also be available throughout the month of Ramadan. A Sohour menu will be available only through in-room dining.
For larger corporate groups looking to mark the occasion, the Atlantic Ballroom, with its ornate Moroccan-inspired décor, is the perfect setting to celebrate Iftar. At 580 square metres , it can accommodate up to 400 seated guests or 800 for a reception.
