SIDECUT is rolling out the red carpet for Valentine’s diners with a CAD 79 dollar four-course menu filled with delicious options ranging from beef tenderloin with truffle potato puree to grilled salmon with trout roe beurre blanc. Diners will have a choice of options for their first course, followed by a shared course of oysters Rockefeller. Main course selections are accompanied by two of SIDECUT’s popular shared side dishes. The finale of the meal is a decadent dark chocolate dipped praline brownie with white chocolate-raspberry ganache and a vanilla bean crème brulee tart. Sommelier-selected wine pairings available for an additional cost.
