Valentine’s Day at SIDECUT – February 12 through February 23, 2017 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm
SIDECUT is rolling out the red carpet for Valentine’s diners with a CAD 79 dollar four-course menu filled with delicious options ranging from beef tenderloin with truffle potato puree to grilled salmon with trout roe beurre blanc. Diners will have a choice of options for their first course, followed by a shared course of oysters Rockefeller. Main course selections are accompanied by two of SIDECUT’s popular shared side dishes. The finale of the meal is a decadent dark chocolate dipped praline brownie with white chocolate-raspberry ganache and a vanilla bean crème brulee tart. Sommelier-selected wine pairings available for an additional cost.

The Cabin Reprise
After a successful holiday run, the Resort’s ultra Canadian pop-up restaurant returns twice in February 2017, for BC’s Family Day long weekend on February 10 and 11 as well as during US President’s Week from February 17 to 22. Look forward to the return of Two Rivers Specialty Meats spicy ‘n “duja” toast and raclette cheese along with the addition of kids’ meals.
Piper & Poutine Après Afternoons:
What better way to enjoy an afternoon après than with a decadent refreshment of Piper-Heidsieck Champagne and a rich, warm gooey bowl of SIDECUT’s signature poutine. Raise a glass to the epic snow conditions and dig into piping hot kennebec fries topped with duck confit, cheese curds and foie gras gravy. Enjoy the combo for CAD 40 every day from 2:00 to 5:00 pm.

Enjoy all SIDECUT has to offer with a CAD 49 three-course surf, turf and dessert menu. With dishes that change weekly to take full advantage of seasonal, regional ingredients, this menu is available all winter long Sundays through Thursdays.

Mark the calendar: Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler is once again partnering with Bici Gusti to offer Whistler’s second annual gourmet ride. Presented by Jaguar Land Rover, Bici Gusti invites guests to follow their senses through a family-friendly long weekend where gourmet feasts, adventurous cycling, luxury and fun await. Set for May 19 to 21, 2017, the feel-good ride features a 70 kilometre ride through the Whistler and Callaghan Valleys, and delicious cuisine sourced within 70 kilometres (44 miles) of Whistler with a wealth of like-minded guests. The self-paced ride invites riders of all levels to enjoy themselves at their own speed.
