ESI International, the world’s leading project management training company will host a special seminar session on ‘Blended Learning – A Total Training Solution’ at The Training and Development Show, which takes place at Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre from 10-11 December 2013.
Craig Jordan, ESI’s Business Development Director, will lead the seminar, which starts at 11.30am on 11th December 2013, with a focus on showcasing the benefits of blended learning to an audience of both local and regional learning and development and human resource specialists.
“Corporate training has come a long way over the last 30 years, with rapid technological advances meaning less dependence on traditional teaching methods. This has enabled the concept of blended learning, a training programme that delivers a mix of classroom and online modules, to reach far beyond the budget limitations of traditional training,” said Jordan.
“Blended learning programmes are developed to be more targeted, relevant and measurable – directed when and where they are needed, to all that need it, as efficiently as possible. The training is often tailored to support a specific organisational culture and designed to fit within established processes, in order to further maximise its effectiveness,” he added.
By combining a range of learning styles, from instructor-led courses to on-demand, virtual tutoring and mentoring, this flexible approach is designed to deliver the right information at the point of need, enabling the following benefits:
• Increase in accomplishing strategic goals and objectives.
• Improved work processes to increase efficiencies and consequently profit and revenue.
• More effective communication throughout the organization.
• Improved productivity and efficiency in requirements analysis.
• Improved adaptability to project complexity.
With careful planning and preparation, this provides the optimum blended learning solution for individual organisations, producing measurable results that lead to demonstrable business improvements.
Jordan’s presentation will cover the drivers and benefits of blended learning, the interactions of a successful deployment, the client challenges and the organisational benefits.
ESI International will also be exhibiting at the show on Stand No. 390. Visitors to the stand will also have the opportunity to win a Galaxy Samsung tablet.
