Eurowings boosts Majorca services, responds to high demand

EurowingsEurowings is responding to high demand and short supply by increasing the use of wide-body aircraft to Palma de Majorca.



Airports will benefit from the planned special flights depending on the booking situation out of North Rhine-Westphalia, Cologne/Bonn and Düsseldorf airports.



It is expected Eurowings will make a total of 12 special flights, using an Airbus A330 with 310 seats, from and to Cologne/Bonn until end  of January.



Airbus is otherwise used for intercontinental flights while special flight days to Majorca are January 10th, 17th, 24th and 31st.



Flight frequency will increase for  passengers from Düsseldorf.



A special capacities will also be introduced by the Eurowings using a particularly large aircraft for a total of 22 flights between Düsseldorf and Palma.



Eurowings will also use the jet to fly to the sunny island in the month of February.
