Cathay Pacific is pleased to announce that the Business Class Lounge in The Pier at Hong Kong International Airport has undergone a complete refurbishment, in line with the airline’s commitment to helping its passengers enjoy a Life Well Travelled. The upgrade of the lounge, which follows the acclaimed upgrade of The Pier’s First Class Lounge in 2015, will further boost the airline’s efforts to provide passengers with a consistent and seamless travel experience, from the ground to the air.
The Pier has been offering unparalleled comfort and convenience to Cathay Pacific passengers since it opened in 2001. The brand-new look for the Business Class Lounge at The Pier has been designed by Studioilse, the London-based design studio led by Ilse Crawford, and features distinctive elements inspired by Hong Kong street life.
You are cordially invited to attend a media event on 19 May 2016 and take a tour of the facilities of the redesigned Business Class Lounge before it opens its doors to passengers the following day. As well as being able to experience the lounge’s food and beverage offerings, you can also enjoy the atmosphere of the iconic Tea House, a brand-new lounge feature for Cathay Pacific.
The event will be hosted by Dane Cheng, Cathay Pacific’s Director Sales and Marketing. General Manager Product Leslie Lu will be on hand to give a tour of the lounge facilities and answer media questions.
