Delectable holiday scene made entirely of chocolate on display for 25th year Executive Pastry Chef Randy Gehman has been dazzling guests and patrons with his chocolate renderings for the last 24 years at Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas. This year, on display in the Hotel Lobby from December 2 to 31, 2013, Chef Gehman has coordinated a chocolate scene like none other from the past. Be prepared to ooh and ahh over his grandiose masterpiece.
Imagine the scene: set on a chocolate stage, the illustrious pastry team that helps Chef Gehman on a daily basis will be individually replicated out of delicious chocolate. The team will be festively singing holiday carols as they hold their song books and of course, their cakes and cooking utensils.
One chocolate chef orchestrates the group as they sing, while he sits on a beautiful organ made of chocolate. All will be gathered near the sugar Christmas tree with chocolate presents overflowing in the background. Chocolate poinsettias, cakes and other pastry goodies will set the backdrop for one chocolaty wonderland.
