The Budding Scents of Spring at The Spa

 

The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC is bringing back a seasonal favourite featuring the scents of spring. The Sakura Ritual Body Treatment is inspired by Washington, DC’s renowned Cherry Blossom Season, and symbolises renewal for the mind, body and spirit. The 80-minute body treatment includes:

 

A dry brushing technique to prepare the skin and stimulate the lymphatic system to release toxins and encourage detoxification
A paraffin hand or foot treatment to rescue skin from colder weather and to increase blood flow
A personalized full body massage using either green tea essential oil or a fragrant blossom lotion
To conclude the treatment, a Japanese antioxidant green tea is served to reduce the formation of free radicals in the body to keep skin looking youthful and glowing
The treatment is available from Wednesday, March 15 until Sunday, April 30, 2017.
