Dining should be pleasurable and the three-course Festive Set Dinner at One-Ninety makes this even more so with easy choices to suit every palate. Create a three-course menu starting with a choice of warm winter squash soup with goat cheese ravioli, velvety foie gras terrine, or fresh chilled beetroot with burrata.
For entrées, opt for a light herb crusted Dover sole with heirloom carrots, hearty wagyu rib eye with potato gratin, or the all-time favourite oven-roasted organic turkey with chestnut stuffing and homemade cranberry and rosemary sauce.
A spread of seasonal sweets and treats await to round up the perfect evening with Christmas Yule logs, handmade pralines and much more, accompanied by a selection of fine teas or freshly brewed coffee.
Christmas Day Special Brunch Buffet
Celebrate the joyous season with a special Christmas Day Brunch that will surely delight. Begin with an overture of fresh “Seafood Extravaganza” of premium crustaceans, shellfish and fresh fish, or an extensive Charcuterie Station of curated cured meats such as whole wagyu beef bresaola (air-dried) and smoked air-dried Black Forest ham, and an endless spread of appetisers and salads.
Heartier offerings await with live carving stations of whole roasted tom turkey, slow roasted wagyu rib eye, apple wood smoked Peking duck and roasted honey glazed ham followed by a wide selection of hot mains that include highlights such as grilled salmon with lemon and tarragon sauce, grilled king prawns, and ricotta tortellini with truffle mushroom sauce.
Finish well with a selection from an ice-cream booth and a tempting spread of 20 cheeses and an almost-endless kaleidoscope of Christmas sweets and treats. Relish evergreen favourites such as homemade pumpkin pie, pineapple upside down cake, orange spice crème caramel and banoffee pie; satiate the holiday cravings with chocolate, coconut and pecan tart, lemon meringue cheese cake and white wine-poached pears in addition to many others made entirely by the pastry artisans led by Pastry Chef Audrey Yee, a Four Seasons veteran and graduate of the renowned Le Cordon Bleu School in London continues to feature.
To keep the little ones happy and merry, the Kids Playzone will be available from December 25 to 29, 2019 with fun-filled activities for kids such as dress-up corners, colouring kits and movie-screenings.
