It’s said that a good beginning makes the entire year great. This year, Four Seasons Hotel Baku has planned a list of unforgettable and spectacular happenings for the festive season. A wide variety of delicious Christmas sweets from Pastry Chef Alisa Ali, sophisticated tailor-made lunch and dinner menus from Chefs Talha Barkin and Luca Casini, festive cocktails to warm up and welcoming mulled wine are only a small part of the surprises awaiting guests.
Four Seasons Hotel Baku will offer special Christmas treats to every guest staying at the Hotel during the holidays – beautiful and delicious amenities, and surprises for children in the Hotel’s luxurious rooms. As of December 3, 2016 guests at the Hotel will be welcomed with complimentary mulled wine and festive cocktails in the evenings.

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day are the most anticipated days for many: choosing presents for loved ones, gathering with family and friends, delicious food and a lot of fun. Four Seasons Hotel Baku invites guests to be a part of its festive ambiance and celebrate in style.
Guests will enjoy the three-course set menu at Zafferano restaurant that includes creamy butternut squash soup, turkey and pumpkin pie. Dinner will be served from the new la carte menu created by Sous Chef Luca Casini, accompanied by romantic live piano performances by Leyla Nazarli from 7:00 tol 11:00 pm. Piazza Lounge will present its Festive Afternoon Tea with a variety of snacks and desserts, cheese fondue tol warm guests and a selection of festive cocktails and warm toddies. Bentley’s Whisky Bar will also invite guests for delicious cheese fondue and different festive cocktails.
This year Four Seasons Hotel Baku has planned an incredible New Year’s Eve for its guests. Starting the magical last day of the year with a la carte menu at Zafferano restaurant, the Hotel’s chefs will present a delicious four-course set menu consisting of amuse bouche, wild and morel mushrooms ragout, aged acquarello risotto, French duck breast, and for dessert, perfect chocolate Bavaroise. The dinner will be accompanied with a glass of champagne and petit fours upon arrival. To make the last day of the year more memorable, pianist Leyla Nazarli will seduce guests with a romantic live music performance on piano.
The most cosy atmosphere and mood will wait for guests at Piazza Lounge with Afternoon Tea from 3:00 until 5:00 pm, incredible cheese fondue and selection of festive cocktails and warm toddies. Bentley’s Whisky Bar will also welcome guests with a la carte menu starting from 5:00 pm, and cheese fondue from 7:00 pm until 12:00 midnight.
For those who ask “What a New Year’s Eve without a party?” Four Seasons Hotel Baku has prepared a grand celebration at Kaspia on the 9th floor, with incredible views across the city and boulevard. A glass of champagne upon arrival, five-course set menu, premium coffee and tea and live music from Latino band A la Mode will make the last day of 2016 unforgettable. Lovers of delicious food will be amazed with the New Year’s Eve menu at Kaspia including amuse bouche, beef carpaccio, slow cooked trout, sorbet, semi-smokey grilled beef tenderloin, crystal bombe and house made petit fours. The night will be special with fireworks right at the Seaside Boulevard, which can be seen from Kaspia’s balconies.
The first day of the year should be spent in a perfect way with an enchanted breakfast at Zafferano restaurant from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm to celebrate the New Year with glass of prosecco, Bloody Mary trolley, turkey carving, pasta station, cheese trolley, ice cream trolley and live music performance on piano by Leyla Nazarli.
