After the older man had thrown the first punch, the two passengers started grappling in the middle of the plane. During this time, the bystanders and flight attendants made repeated attempts to break them up.
One of the media houses said that the scuffle had taken place on a Wednesday in a flight from the Rafic Hariri International Airport from Beirut.
The passenger who had filmed the crazy fighting scenes was heard laughing to himself, before he exclaimed that the incident was ‘so funny’.
The fight is believed to have commenced when one passenger got into an argument with a flight attendant prior to assaulting her. Another passenger reportedly intervened to defend her and this led to the scuffle.
