First Class Holidays appoints Daniel Gathercole as CEO

Daniel Gathercole has been appointed by First Class Holidays as its new managing director. He will be laedig the long-haul specialist and will join from American Golf where he spent five years in the role of marketing director.

The appointment has led to a reshuffle at the luxury and long-haul specialist with co-founders Paul Ainsworth and Sharon Mason taking up the roles of chairman and chief operating officer respectively.

Ainsworth said that Dan has joined at an exciting time in their development and brings a wealth of commercial experience which will help them drive the business forward and maintain our position as the trade’s favourite tour operator.

Gathercole was  looking forward to working with Paul and Sharon to help First Class continue to grow and prosper.
