Customers of TUI from countries like Brazil, Spain, China and Italy are soon to receive holidays and special offers. This European and tourism company plans to incorporate this facility to attract more customers, keep their hotels full and increase sales thereafter.
For some time now, TUI has been revamping its business strategies in terms of investments in its hotels and cruise ships. As confirmed on Tuesday, Chief Executive Fritz Joussen said that so long TUI didn’t take customers of the abovementioned countries on holidays except southern Europe. China and South America are the emerging markets in the world offering huge possibility of prospective customers.
Joussen said to the stakeholders while delivering speech at the annual meeting of the company in Germany, ‘’ It is about nothing more or less than the global expansion of our brand.’’ He also said that TUI in 2018 is targeting 1 million customers and €1 billion revenue focusing to enhance its online sales and reduce cost. He also urged that TUI would urge customers from Thailand and Caribbean to say in their hotels. To quote him, ‘’ Many have entered China and come back with a bloody nose. This should not happen to us.’’
