Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay is one of the best properties in the company. It has a huge operation, especially with the addition of The Four Seasons Beach.”

Rodgers loves contributing to the never ending 24/7 365-day operation. “No day is the same. I am attracted to hotels because they present interesting challenges on a daily basis and are fun settings to connect and collaborate with an amazing team on delivering the very best guest experiences.”
