The daily breakfast buffet at Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca has officially moved. Starting this month, breakfast is served at the Hotel’s signature restaurant Bleu with an enhanced buffet that will sure to please in-house guests and local patrons.
Start the morning right with a hearty choice of breakfast items while taking in the spectacular views on the Atlantic. Highlights of the breakfast buffet include the best in traditional Moroccan dishes such as harrira soup, Moroccan crêpes including beghrir and other local items. The international buffet also includes Mediterranean flavours featuring an assortment of mezze such as tabbouleh, zaalouk and marinated feta cheese.
Some of the new additions to the buffet include a custom eggs station, fresh daily juice station where guests can request their favourite smoothie as well as a hot items station offering items such as roasted potatoes, Provençal tomatoes and various types of sausages.
French highlights on the menu include daily fresh-made croissants, quiches and parfaits. Staying true to its seafood roots, the new breakfast menu at Bleu also features smoked fish.
