Latitude 33, the chic resort-style poolside restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca, reopens for the spring season. The al fresco dining outlet, named after Casablanca’s geographical setting on the 33rd parallel, offers an exciting new menu that guests can enjoy while relaxing to the soothing sounds of the Atlantic.
This year’s menu offers a fresh selection of salads and appetisers including caesar with crispy chicken and Lebanese mezze. Enjoy a choice of crudo including local-favourite dakhla oysters or a trio of fish carpaccio. Guests can also choose from a fine assortment of gourmet sandwiches or grilled items such as tiger prawns or fish of the day with a large variety of side dishes. One of the exciting new additions to the dining menu this year is the assortment of sushi and sashimi. To end the dining experience on a sweet note guests can savour one of the delightful ice cream inspired-desserts.
Open for lunch on weekdays, Mondays to Fridays, from 12:00 noon to 5:00 pm, guests can enjoy a large water feature amid the Hotel’s lush gardens and outdoor pool. For professionals looking for an escape from the office setting, enjoy a laid-back business lunch with the possibility of reserving for up to 12.
The restaurant’s design includes traditional Moroccan moucharabieh lattice screens, a dramatic open pavilion that houses a glowing circular bar and in-floor lighting that creates the impression of a lantern. Black furniture contrasts with the white and cream lounge seating outside the pavilion.
