Four Seasons Hotel Denver and EDGE Restaurant Celebrate Global Wellness Day

FOUR SEASONS HOTEL DENVERFour Seasons Hotel Denver will be actively participating in Global Wellness Day on June 13, 2015 with a variety of activities, from sunrise yoga to healthy eats at EDGE Restaurant + Bar.


Global Wellness Day is a special day that reminds the entire world of the importance of living well, encompassing everything from exercise and beauty treatments to spiritual teachings and ways of thinking, and the harmony between body and spirit.  This is a social movement without any commercial purpose, celebrated around the world on the second Saturday of June every year. Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts decided to partner with Global Wellness Day to highlight the company’s vast wellness initiatives and outstanding Spas within the portfolio.


“We all want to be healthy, look good and live a good life, both physically and spiritually,” says Belgin Askoy, Global Wellness Day Founder.  “Four Seasons shares these values and we are thrilled that they are supporting this worldwide initiative.”


Wellness at The Spa

The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Denver will offer complimentary sunrise yoga on the Hotel’s pool terrace on June 13. Pool guests on that same day will receive complimentary fresh blended juice, and Spa guests will receive a complimentary amenity of bath salts with a list of health benefits. In addition, USD 10 for each Evergreen Massage booked June 8 to 14 will be donated to Global Green, a leading pan-global environmental charity. From June 8 to 11, Hotel employees can enjoy complimentary chair massages in the employee cafeteria, which is stocked with healthy eating options daily, from fresh vegetables on the salad bar to infused water with citrus and mint.


Wellness at EDGE Restaurant

Chef Simon Purvis and his culinary team at EDGE have created a Breakfast Wellness Breakfast Quartet, offered for USD 22 on June 13:



For lunch and dinner, EDGE will showcase the antioxidant-rich blueberry and kale salad with marcona almonds, watermelon radish and lemon dressing.
