The Spa

The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Denver brings back its signature Sun Butler service at the pool and unveils seasonal spa treatments that are designed for everyone – from the marathon runner looking to revitalise to the dapper downtown gentleman with an affinity for maintaining a polished look. Guests can now also join LXX, one of Denver’s exclusive memberships where, for an annual fee, they can enjoy unlimited treatments, styling, personal training sessions and more at all of the Hotel’s facilities.

 

New and noteworthy offerings at The Spa:

 

Bliss: Nature’s Restorative Remedy: Incorporating water lily and freesia with sandalwood and Siberian fir, this restorative treatment begins with a full-body salt scrub, then flows into a relaxing and hydrating massage. While sandalwood is known for its calming and relaxing effects, Siberian fir possesses anti-inflammatory qualities, making this scrub and massage combination the ultimate for relaxation and rejuvenation in this season’s warmer weather.

 
Ales and Nails Hand and Foot Detailing: With Ales and Nails, well-groomed males receive the ultimate in hand and foot detailing, accompanied by a pint of locally brewed Tivoli beer. After a whirlpool soak and exfoliation, cuticles are repaired and nails are trimmed and buffed. Therapists add the finishing touch with a massage using Warrior Oil, made in Loveland, Colorado.

 
LXX: One of the city’s most exclusive memberships, LXXoffers unlimited facials, massages and treatments at The Spa; unlimited hairstyling, haircuts and more at Level 3 Salon; unlimited personal training sessions in the Hotel’s fitness centre and access to all the facilities for USD 70,000.

Happy Hour at The Spa: Offered exclusively Sunday through Thursday nights from 6:00 to 9:00 pm, during Happy Hour choose two separate 25-minute treatments from a select menu and enjoy a glass of bubbly – all for USD 99.

Poolside Treatments: Beginning each service with a cool towel in the summer heat and finishing with ISUN After Sun Mist, therapists will offer leg/foot and scalp/neck massages poolside for 15 or 30 minutes.

 
Sun Butler Service: Complimentary for pool guests, services include a variety of duties from cleaning guests’ sunglasses and providing chilled refreshing towels to tanning turn-over reminders.

 
Four Seasons Sun Club: Celebrate the summer with up to 15 friends and family by reserving a VIP Cabana area on the pool terrace – perks include access to the pool, private area with lounge chairs and couches and a dedicated server all for a USD 1,000 food and beverage minimum.

 
EDGE Restaurant and Bar

 

Chef Simon Purvis and his culinary team introduce its latest spring/summer 2016 menu showcasing seasonal flavours in an inventive selection of new dishes at EDGE Restaurant and Bar:
Menu highlights include starters such as orange-glazed pork belly with sesame, house-made kimchi and micro mizuna, as well as spring scallop crudo with watermelon radish, honeydew fresno and yuzu

 
New entrées include the elk tenderloin in a coco-espresso and huckleberry composition, along with Boulder chicken with a Stranahan’s molasses lacquer

 
New side dishes: spring pea risotto with English peas, parmigiano reggiano, lemon, or the salt-baked russet with andouille sausage, smoked gouda and chives

 
New dessert items by Pastry Chef Ryan Schmitt feature Strawberry Fields served with milk chocolate, hibiscus, graham cracker, as well as a new iteration of carrot cake decorated with candied pecan, golden raisin and cream cheese ice cream.
