After weeks of preparation, the food and beverage team at Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus launches Grandma’s Kitchen for April 2016, aiming to offer a tasty, authentic and traditional experience to its guests. Having a charming terrace and surpassing Bosphorus view, YALI Lounge presents its new menu, which offers selected items from Turkish dining culture, emphasising Turkey’s rich local flavours and products. The special menu has been developed by a local member of the culinary team – an actual grandma – focusing on different regions of the country, with inspiration from Aegean coast to Black Sea.
Putting a new spin on the current menu, YALI invites its guests to an authentic and local experience in a casual and relaxing atmosphere. The laid-back environment lends itself to a good socialising setting with a less crowded feel and more intimate appeal at a prime location on the Bosphorus. The menu offers a rich variety of items from local traditional soups to vegetables cooked in olive oil, meat dishes, kebabs and tasty desserts to end this local culinary feast.
Not only hotel guests but also visitors along the Bosphorus can cherish their lunch and dinner experience with the offerings of YALI Lounge every day during April from 11:00 am onwards. Reservations are not required.
