Aiming to offer a tasty, authentic and traditional experience to its guests, Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus launches Pop Up YALI for Wednesday and Thursday nights during the summer. Having a charming terrace and surpassing Bosphorus view, the Hotel presents its new concept, which offers selected items from Turkish eating culture, emphasising Turkey’s rich local flavours as well as Istanbul’s attractive street food. A special menu has been developed by talented Executive Chef Sebastiano Spriveri and his team focusing on different regions of the country, with inspiration from Aegean coast to the Black Sea.
Putting a new spin on the terrace, Pop Up YALI invites its guests to an authentic and local experience in a casual and relaxing atmosphere. The laid-back environment lends itself to a good socialising setting with a less crowded feel and more intimate appeal at a prime location on the Bosphorus. Whereas Wednesday’s menu will offer renowned doner and barbeque interchangably with a nice chilled ayran (a yoghurt drink), Thursdays will spice up with two live stations offering a tasty selection of local street food such as kokorec, kumpir, nohutlu pilav and many more. Showcasing local authenticity, Wednesday’s menu will rotate between pefectly cooked doner specialties and an irresistable selection of charcoal grilled meats.
Hotel guests and visitors along the Bosphorus can cherish their evening with the offerings of Pop Up YALI every Wednesday and Thursday between 7:00 and 11:00 pm, excluding the month of Ramadan, starting from June 3, 2015.
