Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at Sultanahmet relaunches its much loved Saturday Brunch for those who wish to spend a peaceful day with their loved ones in a calm and leisurely atmosphere in the Old Town. Available in Hotel’s main restaurant Seasons, from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm every Saturday, the buffet-style brunch features a rich array of local dishes from different regions of Turkey as well as some signature international brunch items.


Saturday Brunch is well known for its pasta action station as well gözleme, which is golden Turkish flatbread, stuffed with all sorts of tasty fillings such as minced meat, mushroom and cheeses, vegetables such as spinach and more. Made of hand-rolled dough that is lightly brushed with eggs and butter and filled with various toppings, these delicious fillings are sprinkled onto the dough before it is closed up and put in hot oil to fry. Gözleme (named for the göz or eyes that appear as brown spots on the bread as it fries) is a must-try item on the brunch buffet.


Cheese & Cheers Fridays welcomes frequent guests in its 11th year


The much-loved Cheese and Cheers tasting evenings, considered a Four Seasons Hotel Sultanahmet classic, will offer local cheese and wine varieties from 7:00 to 10:00 pm every Friday. These tasting events, supporting Turkey’s winemakers, are appreciated by visitors who seek local flavours. This year, the pastry team’s renowned cheesecake will be included in the buffet as a new addition.

Beer & Burger nights that were received with great interest in the summer will also continue during autumn and winter months in the Hotel’s winter garden from 7:00 to 10:00 pm every Wednesday.


On Beer & Burger nights, large servings of a variety of burgers prepared by Hotel’s culinary masters will be offered to cater to different tastes. The dry-aged beef burger, with homemade salsa and brioche will be served with truffle oil criss-cross fries on the side. Coleslaw will accompany the Argentinean burgers alongside curly fries flavoured with the chef’s spices to delight palates. The menu will also feature a vegetarian option, the oriental mixed veggie burger.


Who can resist a traditional tea buffet in the historical atmosphere of the Old Town?


Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at Sultanahmet invites tea time lovers for a Sunday special. A buffet-style tea time will be available in the authentic atmosphere of Seasons Restaurant from 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm every Sunday, featuring an array of flavours prepared by hotel’s Executive Sous Chef Sadık Ünal and his team. In addition to a rich variety of classic options from Turkish cuisine, the buffet will also include chocolate and apple pie, fruit pie, cheesecake, chocolate cake, almond cake, tiramisu, berry cobbler, and chocolate and vanilla cookies to sweeten teatime.
