To celebrate Expo, Four Seasons Hotel Milano presents Flavours of the World – Vito Mollica & Friends: four new culinary experiences created by the union of flavours of Istanbul, Beirut, Mumbai and Beijing thanks to collaboration between the chefs of Four Seasons hotels and hosted by the new Executive Chef in Milan, Vito Mollica.
To inaugurate the calendar of these unique gourmet events, Chef Savaş Aydemir of Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at Sultanahment will offer a menu inspired by Turkish tradition and Mediterranean cuisine on Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at 8:00 pm.
Next, the creations of Chef Youssef Rahmoun of Four Seasons Hotel Beirut will be presented on Thursday, July 9; while Wednesday September 16, will be the turn of Chef Hossam Saied of Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai. To close the series of events, Chef Jack Zhu of Four Seasons Hotel Beijing will be in the kitchen on Wednesday, October 7.
It’s a unique opportunity to discover the flavours of the world by virtue of the creations of four renowned chefs.
