Forbes Travel Guide, the world-renowned and only global rating system for luxury hotels, restaurants and spas, today announced its annual Star Rating list, presenting Four Seasons Hotel New York with a new Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star hotel award. The Hotel has earned this prestigious honour consecutively since 1994.
Located in the epicentre of Midtown Manhattan, the I.M. Pei-designed Hotel sits steps away from luxury shops and boutiques on Fifth and Madison Avenues, Central Park and Rockefeller Center. It features 368 suites and studios; The Garden, a restaurant with a locally-sourced menu by Executive Chef John Johnson; and Ty Bar, an art-deco inspired space featuring custom barrels and bespoke cocktails. The Specialty Suite collection boasts an unparalleled level of residential living. Among them is the Royal Suite, Presidential Suite, Gotham Suite and the unrivalled Ty Warner Penthouse, the most expensive one-bedroom suite in the world priced at USD 50,000 per night. The Hotel also has a 24-hour fitness centre, L.RAPHAEL Beauty Spa and more than 15,000 square feet (1,400 square metres) of event space, including FIFTY7, a premier wedding venue designed by Pierre-Yves Rochon. In 2019, the meeting room level received a soft renovation, elevating its status as the premier space for business meetings and social events in New York City.
