Zhuo Yue Xuan, the award-winning restaurant, has tailor made three set menus to celebrate this most important day for Chinese families. Each set contains 13 traditional Cantonese dishes, with New Year blessings fused into the Reunion Set Dinner dishes, bringing guests the wish of a prosperous Year of the Rooster. Featured dishes include barbecued suckling pig and jelly fish; double-boiled fish maw soup with conpoy and black truffle; simmered prawns with garlic and chili; Zhuo Yue Xuan roast chicken; braised sliced fresh abalone, goose web and mushroom in supreme oyster sauce; braised broccoli with crab meat, and more.
