Appreciate Cantonese cuisine from a new perspective in a cooking class with Michelin-starred Chef Charles Cheung, who will share his personal culinary journey, favourite experiences and a few secret recipes. The in-depth lesson will take culinary skills to the next level as Chef Charles Cheung reveals key techniques he has amassed in his almost four-decade career, and imparts a few classic recipes that can be recreated at home.
