Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis, Norwood Hills Country Club and Jay Delsing Golf announce an exciting new partnership. The three organisations are teaming up to create a luxury entertainment experience perfect for guests of Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis, members of Norwood Hills Country Club, and golf enthusiasts alike.
Seasoned PGA tour player Jay Delsing, official golf brand ambassador for Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis, will provide a private golf experience at Norwood Hills for Hotel guests, who will now have access to Norwood Hills Country Club. Norwood Hills members will now have access to special Four Seasons Hotel room rates and exclusive added benefits at the Hotel’s Spa and Cielo Restaurant & Bar as part of their Norwood membership.
“Our guests have requested a private golf experience, and this new partnership with Norwood Hills Country Club and Jay Delsing will enhance our unique urban resort experience, attracting new groups and guests to St. Louis,” comments Tim Powers, Director of Sales and Marketing for the Hotel. “Through Jay’s eyes, this golf experience will provide a ‘behind the ropes’ perspective on the PGA Tour.”
Just 10 minutes from Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis, Norwood Hills Country Club has a unique history of hosting a variety of golf events for both the PGA and LPGA Tours. Norwood hosted the 30th PGA Championship in 1948 – an event won by golf legend Ben Hogan – and will be host to the 2018 US Women’s Mid-Amateur Championship next September.
“2018 will be a big year for golf in St. Louis, as Bellerive Country Club hosts the 100th PGA Championship in August 2018, making it a perfect time to announce this new partnership,” says Jay Delsing. “I am thrilled to bring this personalised, private experience to the guests of Four Seasons and Norwood.”
Professional golfer and St. Louis-native Jay Delsing joined the PGA Tour in 1984. Over the span of his thirty-three year professional career, Jay has seen the best that golf has to offer and now wants to share the joy of the sport with enthusiasts of all ages. Currently, he is an Honorary Chairman and co-founder of the First Tee STL, a golf broadcaster on Fox Sports, and chief operator of his own company, Jay Delsing Golf. Given this new partnership with Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis and his home course Norwood Hills Country Club, Jay has crafted a unique golf experience for members and guests, including a round of golf, an interactive clinic on the range, teaching demonstrations, pro tips and more.
