Four Seasons Hotel Toronto has partnered with lululemon athletica in celebration of Global Wellness Day on Saturday, June 11, 2016. The annual event is a reminder about the importance of living well, encompassing everything from exercise and beauty treatments, spiritual teachings and ways of thinking, to the harmony between body and spirit. Now in its fifth year, the day continues to inspire and unite the hospitality, spa, beauty and wellness industries with the goal of educating and inspiring the public about the benefits of proactive wellness and mind-body fitness.
This year, Four Seasons Hotel Toronto invites guests to experience wellness in unique and interactive ways through a schedule of inspiring events throughout the day. Activities begin at 9:30 am inside Aria with a welcome message followed by a 45-minute yoga flow lead by Audrey Gentile of 889Yoga.
