Father’s Day Brunch at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village, California features an elevated buffet experience from Executive Chef Jesse Hansen that is filled with Dad’s favourite indulgences including an “In The Kitchen” meat station with hoisin-glazed pork ribs and roasted beef ribeye; and a seafood induction station with oysters on the half shell, jumbo shrimp, and king crab legs. Additional signature brunch stations include Onyx sushi, an over-the-top omelette station and gourmet salads. The Hotel’s new Executive Pastry Chef Patrick Fahy has also created an array of pastries, breads, cookies and cakes that will make the experience that much sweeter.
Craft beer tastings will be available throughout the brunch featuring local brewery Five Threads, who will showcase a selection of their most popular brews. For kids of all ages, a milkshake bar serving vanilla bean, chocolate, and strawberry cheesecake shakes with a selection of gourmet toppings will round out the experience.
During brunch, guests are invited to the Waterfall Lawn where there will be a multitude of games and activities to enjoy with the whole family. The lawn games include bocce ball, corn hole, ping pong, and golf chipping.
