Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has been voted 2015’s Best Hotel Company to Work For in the 2015 Hotelier Middle East Salary Survey. The result is based on the responses of 527 hoteliers, and takes into account salary, development, reputation and career development. This year, 25.9 percent of respondents named Four Seasons as top employer in the survey, slightly up on last year’s results.
“We are thrilled with this recognition, which comes directly from Four Seasons employees who took part in Hotelier Middle East’s Salary Survey. The Four Seasons guest experience is based on the actions of our staff every day, and we believe that happy employees make for happy guests. Our people are our greatest asset, and through our guiding principle of the Golden Rule – treating others as we wish to be treated ourselves – we are able to create a work environment in which our staff feel confident, can be themselves, and in which all of this translates into an exceptional guest experience,” says Christian Clerc, President of Hotel Operations – Europe, Middle East and Africa for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
2015 is the 15th anniversary of Four Seasons presence in the Middle East, with Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence having opened its doors in 2000. With Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach and Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay launching in recent months, and openings slated for Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Jeddah and a second property in Dubai at Dubai International Financial Centre, Four Seasons commitment to the Middle East is stronger than ever.
