Travellers enjoy a new first-class route to Nevis when they board Tradewind Aviation’s signature “premium scheduled” service to the island’s Vance W. Amory International Airport To make it easier, Tradewind Aviation has introduced their new regular non-stop service to Nevis just in time for high season in the Caribbean. Now, stylish jetsetters in search of a secluded island experience in the exotic West Indies can enjoy a convenient and stress-free route directly to the tiny 36 square mile (93 square kilometre) isle of Nevis from San Juan.
“We are excited to welcome Tradewind to the shores of destination Nevis, one of the Caribbean’s best-kept hidden gems,” says Sven Wiedenhaupt, general manager of Four Seasons Resort Nevis. “The new flight right to Nevis will enable more travellers to discover the natural beauty and hospitality of Nevisians and the magical island itself.”Nevis joins Tradewind’s existing St. Bart’s, Anguilla, Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard routes, underscoring Tradewind’s position as the premier provider of first-class short-haul flights to exclusive island destinations.

San Juan Airport also provides a convenient transfer hub, offering non-stop options throughout the world.
Adds Wiedenhaupt: “Combined with the existing Cape Air schedule from San Juan to Nevis, the new Tradewind flight will open the gates to Nevis and Four Seasons to a broader range of travellers and markets in the US, and beyond.”Onboard the scenic journey, Tradewind flyers will enjoy a world-class inflight experience with a roomy business class style cabin, complimentary drinks, wine and beer and a generous luggage allowance of 50 pounds (23 kilograms) per person. The 2013-2014 Tradewind schedule, which launched on October 31, 2013, has flights departing San Juan at 8:00 am for a 9:10 am arrival in Nevis. Return flights depart Nevis at 5:30 pm for a 6:40 pm landing in San Juan. Flights are offered Thursdays to Mondays, but segments may be added to accommodate demand.Real-time availability, pricing and booking is available online.
