Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach Welcomes DAOU Proprietor Georges Daou for curated wine dinner

Published on : Thursday, November 2, 2017é Kitchen & Bar at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is bringing the sanctuary of DAOU Mountain, California along with its wine and flavours to Palm Beach Island with a wine dinner experience showcasing DAOU Vineyards & Winery hosted by proprietor Georges Daou and Four Seasons Executive Chef Tory Martindale.


Five courses featuring dishes exclusive to this evening only will be paired with DAOU wines that showcase the Adelaida District, while Georges Daou takes guests on an imaginative journey to the unparalleled environment of the Estate vineyards through his story telling.


Menu highlights include sea urchin nino bergese paired with DAOU, Reserve Chardonnay, Paso Robles, 2015 to begin the evening and chocolate spice paired with DAOU, Pessimist, Paso Robles, 2015 for dessert.


The Georges Daou Wine Dinner will be hosted in Jové Kitchen & Bar at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach on Thursday, November 9, 2017 beginning at 7:00 pm. The cost for the dinner is USD 175 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.
