Most of people want to be a bit healthier, to look better and to live well. This year, Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh invites guests to relax, rejuvenate and celebrate Global Wellness Day by the shores of the Red Sea.
Guests are invited on Saturday, June 13, 2015 to an event celebrating health and well-being. At 7:30 am, the day starts with a complimentary Early Bird Yoga session at the upper Reef Lawn, a perfect mix of beauty and nature. Guests are welcomed to take time to engage in a healthy environment and boost their immune system by participating in a session full of fitness, nutrition and wellness. This is in addition to a mouthwatering detox breakfast consisting of fresh juices and delicious healthy dishes prepared by Executive Chef Adam Levay.
“We say YES to Global Wellness Day and we challenge our guests to change one aspect of their life for one day by following these eight steps to better wellness,” says Ori Evapudan, Spa Director at the Resort.

7. Eat a family dinner
8. Go to bed at 10:00 pm
Global Wellness Day is a social platform that brings together exercise, healthy eating, and spiritual teachings to create a greater awareness to living well across the world. “It is a step that will ignite the flame of happiness and an instrument that whispers that, by changing just a few things in life, people can make a big difference,” says Ori Evapudan.
